We’re excited to finally say — the time has come.
In August 2027, Nesiot is bringing its signature experience to the magnificent Canadian Rockies with a limited group of women for an unforgettable few days of adventure, connection, and everything Nesiot does best.
The Canadian Rockies is one of those places you’ve always wanted to experience. This summer, we’re making it easy to finally get there.
Spend your days surrounded by turquoise lakes, soaring mountain peaks, and ancient glaciers — experiencing some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world. Hike, bike, raft and explore, with options along the way to experience the Rockies at your own pace.
At the end of the day, return to beautiful four-star accommodations, thoughtfully prepared meals, and the comfort of knowing that every detail has been taken care of.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a very active trip?
This is an active, experiential trip, with plenty of flexibility built in. We’ll be hiking, biking, rafting, boating, sightseeing, and exploring the Rockies, but when possible, we’ll offer different ways to experience the day based on your pace and comfort level. For example, Banff Mountain may be experienced by hiking or by gondola.
What will we be doing?
We’ll be experiencing the very best of the Canadian Rockies, including Banff, Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, the Columbia Icefields, and more. What makes this trip special is that there will often be more than one way to experience the day. You may choose to hike or take the gondola, bike or enjoy the scenery at a more relaxed pace, join a more active adventure or choose an easier option. We’ll enjoy the turquoise lakes, mountain towns, glaciers, spectacular viewpoints, and unforgettable scenery together — but you can make the experience as active or as relaxed as feels right for you. A detailed itinerary and activity options will be shared closer to the trip.
Are all activities included?
Yes. All scheduled touring and activities are included in the trip price, including the different activity options offered throughout the trip. The only exceptions are personal expenses and optional extras, such as spa services, which we’ll be happy to coordinate for you during your stay.
What is the deposit, payment, and cancellation policy?
A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit is fully refundable through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, deposits become non-refundable but remain as a fully transferable credit toward any future Nesiot trip or camp experience.
The remaining balance is payable in two installments: 50% by May 1, 2027, and the final balance by June 1, 2027.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included in the trip price. We’ll provide recommended flight times and arrival details so you can easily coordinate your travel with the group transportation from Calgary. We also work with a travel agent we love and would be happy to put you in touch if you’d like assistance booking your flights.
How will transportation from Calgary work?
We’ll take care of getting you from Calgary to Canmore. Designated group transportation will depart from Calgary on Sunday afternoon, with exact pickup times and details provided in advance. If you’d like to arrive in Calgary earlier, you’re welcome to do so — simply meet us at the designated pickup location on Sunday, and we’ll take it from there.
Where will we be staying?
We’ll be staying at a beautiful four-star hotel in Canmore, Alberta, surrounded by the magnificent Canadian Rockies. This will be our home base for the entire trip, so you can settle in, unpack, and enjoy.
What will the food be like?
Food is an important part of the Nesiot experience. We’ll have plentiful, beautifully prepared kosher meals throughout the trip, along with snacks, treats, and all the little extras that make the experience feel special.
Can I come if I don’t know anyone else?
Absolutely. Come with a friend, a sister, a daughter — or come on your own. We’re intentionally keeping the group small, with a warm, comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to feel part of the group.
Will there be downtime?
Yes. There will be opportunities for downtime throughout the trip, and how you spend that time is up to you. Relax and enjoy some time to yourself, or join one of the optional activities we’ll have planned, such as yoga, paint nights, speakers, and more.
Will spa services be available?
Yes. Optional spa services will be available during the trip. Treatments are not included in the trip price, but we’ll be happy to help coordinate appointments for anyone who would like to enjoy some spa time.
What should I pack?
We’ll send you a complete packing list well before the trip so you’ll know exactly what to bring. Summer weather in the Canadian Rockies can change throughout the day, so layers and comfortable walking shoes will be important.
